Site Supervisor / Foreman

Bataan

Leads day-to-day site operations and ensures all work is carried out safely, efficiently, and to specification. Coordinates manpower, materials, and equipment, while monitoring progress against plans. Maintains quality standards and ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in scope. Acts as the key link between management and workers on site.

Skilled workers / Labourers

site assignment

Carries out construction work on-site, including tasks such as digging, carrying materials, mixing concrete, assisting tradesmen, and general labour duties. Skilled workers may also perform specific trades (masonry, carpentry, steelwork, finishing) depending on experience. Ensures safe practices, teamwork, and quality workmanship at every stage of the project.

Supports the development of architectural designs, drawings, and layouts. Assists with client revisions, documentation, and permit requirements. Works closely with senior architects and engineers to deliver residential and commercial projects with accuracy and creativity.
